Nelson Mullins Lures Transactions Pro Jim Bartling To Boston Office

Law360 profiled Boston partner Jim Bartling on his move to Nelson Mullins in a June 26 article. Bartling said that he was looking forward to going back to the world of private practice. The profile goes on to quote Bartling on his past experiences including his positions as corporate in-house counsel and how he was excited to get back into private practice. "What really attracted me to Nelson Mullins was their practical business approach and their focus on flexibility with their clients," he said. 

Bartling concentrates on corporate finance transactions. His experience includes representing alternative/private credit providers and borrowers across various debt investments, including in connection with acquisition finance, distressed debt, restructuring, workout and bankruptcy, with a focus on middle market companies.
