The National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics (NILE) has named Jake Kohn, senior policy advisor at Nelson Mullins, as one of its 2025 Top Lobbyists. This prestigious recognition places Kohn among the top 100 professionals selected from nearly 50,000 registered lobbyists nationwide.

The NILE Top Lobbyist Awards are the only honors in the profession created by lobbyists, for lobbyists. Nominations are judged blindly by peers—without names or resumes—ensuring that recipients are recognized solely for the merit of their work. This year’s selection process saw over 550 nominations, each reflecting significant achievements in advocacy, grassroots engagement, and PAC leadership.
