Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP named Partner David Itskovich as its new managing partner of the firm’s Boca Raton office.

“I'm very excited about the new role. I feel great that the firm and that the folks here in the Boca office have entrusted me to lead and help execute on our business strategies,” Itskovich said in an interview with Law360 Pulse on Feb. 7.

Former co-chair of the firm’s real estate industry group, Itskovich has represented both regional and national clients in commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, and development of an array of different asset types that include office buildings, market-rate apartments, and affordable housing. He also represented landlords in some of the largest and most impactful office lease negotiations in the state.
