Two Nelson Mullins appellate attorneys were recognized on Business North Carolina’s annual Legal Elite 2026 list. Counsel Lorin Lapidus and partner Martin Warf were among this year’s Legal Elite winners in the Appellate category, marking the fifth time both attorneys have received the award.

Lapidus and Warf are North Carolina Board Certified Appellate Practice Specialists. Lapidus practices in the firm’s Winston-Salem office, while Warf is based in Raleigh.
