Nelson Mullins Appellate Attorneys Named Among N.C.’s Legal Elite
Business North Carolina
Two Nelson Mullins appellate attorneys were recognized on the annual Legal Elite 2025 list by Business North Carolina. Of counsel Lorin Lapidus and partner Martin Warf were among the Legal Elite winners in the “Appellate” category this year. It’s the fourth time both have been honored with the distinction.
Lapidus and Warf are both North Carolina Board Certified Appellate Practice Specialists. Lapidus practices in the firm’s Winston-Salem office, while Warf is based in Raleigh.
