Law 360 Pulse
In an article published in Law 360 Pulse, new partner Harsh Arora discusses why he chose to join Nelson Mullins.
"Nelson Mullins has a deep bench in my area of practice, which is corporate business law, and they're well known for their thought leaders and those that are heavily involved in community-based initiatives," Arora said in an interview with Law360 Pulse on Thursday. "It paired well with how I am and [it was] in-line with the community and the area of law that I practice in, and it just seemed like a very natural fit for me as far as my transition is concerned."
Passionate about diversity and inclusion efforts within the legal profession, Arora notes that Nelson Mullins is taking steps to add on diversity in its leadership ranks, “and I'm part of that addition. Especially a southern firm like Nelson Mullins, it's very progressive in its approach, adding on partners that are known in the community for the work that they're doing to propel [diversity and inclusion] in their space."
