Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP was featured this week in a report from Law.com's Daily Report in an article discussing the firm's recent announcement that 32 attorneys had been elected to the partnership. 

Headlined by 10 attorneys in the Atlanta office being elevated to partner, the 32 attorney class is the firm's largest promotion round. The attorneys who were elected can claim partner status effective Jan. 1, 2023. Michael Hollingsworth II, managing partner of Nelson Mullins' Atlanta office, said "the class came through on a normal basis just like any other year," in the report. 

"In Atlanta, it’s pretty much across practice disciplines," Hollingsworth said in the article. "There’s real estate, corporate, construction litigation, labor and employment, finance, real estate capital markets and then finally financial services or banking. It’s a pretty diverse class across our core competencies here in Atlanta.”
