MoneyLion Chief Legal Officer Helps Set the Stage for Expansion

Adam VanWagner, the Chief Legal Officer for the finance and mobile banking app MoneyLion, was recently profiled by the online publication Vanguard as the app's 10-year anniversary approaches.
Vanguard, per its website, is a digital publication that aims to higlight diversity of modern in-house counsel by showcasing the thought processes, strategies, and more from attorneys from the world. VanWagner discussed the app's growth, how he became Chief Legal Officer, and when the app went public, among other things. In the article, he names Nelson Mullins as one of the firms his team depends on for "regulatory expertise and guidance as MoneyLion adds new products and navigates new legal and regulatory obligations," the article says.
