Legal Innovator: John Martin

In an article published by the Daily Report on June 16, 2023, Columbia partner John Martin was featured in a Q&A article about his nomination for the 2023 Southeastern Legal Awards in the Legal Innovator category.
John is a litigation partner whose practice focuses on the interplay of high stakes litigation, electronic discovery, information management, and cybersecurity. He is a leader of the Nelson Mullins Electronic Discovery and Information Management practice group, Nelson Mullins Encompass.
"I am proud that we have continued to maintain one of the largest full-service electronic discovery companies in the United States. I’m told that we are the largest, second only to the United States Department of Justice," Martin told the Daily Report.
