Nelson Mullins partner Adam Scharff represented Quick Servant Company, a commercial HVAC firm, in leasing a 46,781-square-foot space for its facility in Columbia, Maryland. This space consists of a single-story warehouse space with 16-foot-high ceilings and eight loading docks.
This is a further expansion for the Quick Servant Company, having previously leased space for a facility in Annapolis Junction.
Quick Servant Company assists clients throughout Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. with repairs, replacement, and maintenance of commercial HVAC, cooking, and refrigeration systems and equipment. They also offer building maintenance and repairs, including minor plumbing and electric services.
Scharff focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate. He represents borrowers and lenders in loan financing transactions, including real estate loans, equipment loans, and commercial loans. Additionally, Scharff represents and advises individuals and businesses with general corporate matters including business formation and planning as well as drafting commercial contracts, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and licensing agreements.
