Successful Nonprofits
Atlanta partner Michelle Johnson joined Rachel Spears, executive director of Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, on the Successful Nonprofits podcast with host Dolph Goldenburg to discuss the relationship between pro bono clients and their attorneys.
Since the podcast is geared toward nonprofits, they discussed best practices when engaging and communicating with a pro bono attorney. Johnson shared that she saves every handwritten thank you note that she receives from clients. Spears once had a client bake a homemade red velvet cake as a thank you, and it is a gesture she has never forgotten.
In addition to its podcast, Successful Nonprofits is a company that provides strategic planning, board development, executive coaching, and transition assistance to help nonprofits thrive in a competitive environment, according to its website. Listeners can subscribe on iTunes, Android, or Spotify.
