Gary Brown: Attorney for Deutsche Bank Probe Keeps a ‘Level Playing Field’
Nashville partner Gary Brown was quoted in a BNN Bloomberg article regarding the House Financial Services Committee's decision to hire Senate lawyer Bob Roach for its upcoming Deutsche Bank probe. Brown has worked on significant national transactions and events over the course of his career, including U.S. Senate investigations alongside Roach.
The Financial Services committee and Roach will examine claims that the global investment bank engaged in money laundering for Russian customers as well as the ties it has to Trump and his family. Brown recalls that Roach is a thorough, tough, and non-partisan attorney.
"He keeps a pretty level playing field," Brown said. "In a lot of these investigations, it is not Democrat versus Republican, it is right versus wrong."
