If FTX’s assets go up for sale, Raymond said the benefit to Miami could be monumental.
Other issues taking top billing in Florida courts include Anti-SLAPP appeals, uncertainty over easements, product liability claims related to Lyft, abortion restrictions, and more.
Raymond has been involved in high-stakes complex commercial litigation and probate litigation for more than 35 years. His practice has included advising the Boards of Directors and General Counsel of many prominent companies, as well as Trustees of many substantial trusts. He also has litigated numerous high-profile cases throughout his career.
