Nelson Mullins partner Richard B. Levin, who chairs the firm's FinTech and Regulation Practice and was one of the first lawyers to focus on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets, was interviewed and featured in an Aug. 2 article from Bloomberg. The article focuses on federal rulings from a pair of New York judges that caused a spike and decline in cryptocurrency values over the last few weeks.
Levin told Bloomberg that some of the recent developments and shifts in cryptocurrency value can be chalked up to the inherent volatility of the asset class. “We have one court divided by a common language,” Levin told Bloomberg.
