Richard B. Levin, chair of Nelson Mullins' FinTech and Regulation Practice, was recently quoted in an article by Grid, a publication that covers politics, economics, global news, climate, science, technology and more, according to the organization's website. Levin was quoted in an article discussing what could happen to Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX.
“Prosecutors may be looking at a number of possible charges including whether members of FTX management engaged in criminal securities fraud, mail fraud, money laundering and wire fraud,” Levin told the organization.
