Businesses Lease Trophy Space to Stoke Return to the Office

An article in the Wall Street Journal discusses the regaining strength of the office sector, with rents exceeding pre-pandemic amounts for state-of-the-art and highly amenitized buildings. One such building is 830 Brickell, which recently entered into several noteworthy leases with Microsoft, Thoma Bravo, and others and was highlighted the WSJ article. Boca Raton partner David Itskovich, assisted by associate Nick Carbo, represented the landlord with lease negotiations at 830 Brickell in Miami.
