45 Minutes: That's How Long It Took a South Florida Jury to Decide This Nelson Mullins Case

Nelson Mullins attorneys Jenny Covington, Kate Helm, Eden Darrell, and Jenna Durr defended Zoll Services LLC, Zoll Medical Corp. and Zoll Manufacturing Corp. in a product liability case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In the case, the companies faced allegations of wrongful death and negligence over their LifeVest product. The eight-person federal jury took 45 minutes to decide the manufacturer was not at fault for the death of a man, who had used the LifeVest, according to Law.com.
