Law Disrupted Podcast
Baltimore Partner Mike Brown was recently featured on the “Law Disrupted” podcast alongside host John Quinn. The two attorneys, who are also friends, have extensive legal experience between them that allows for a discussion about jury selection to reach great lengths.
Quinn recalls knowing Brown was “a star” when the two connected in the legal field about 20 years ago. Quinn mentions the praise that Brown has received in the legal community for his background in jury selection, stating that he has selected over 100 juries. The duo further discuss success in selecting a jury, breaking through biases in a jury, the strategies of getting a juror to open up about their biases in a case, and more.
Brown focuses his practice at Nelson Mullins on products liability defense, mass tort litigation, employment law, medical malpractice, and insurance defense, as well as commercial and real estate litigation matters.
Quinn is the founder and chairman of the worldwide law firm, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. His podcast, “Law Disrupted,” features professionals in different industries that are welcomed onto the show to have an insightful discussion about various legal issues, recent news, and more.
