Complete Healthcare Compliance Manual – New Information Blocking Content

Raleigh partner Patricia A. Markus has contributed a new section to the 2023 Complete Healthcare Compliance Manual published by the Health Care Compliance Association. Markus authored the section “Health Information Management: Patient Access, Information Blocking, and the 21st Century Cures Act,” which is included in Chapter 6 of the Manual. Markus’ entry adds to those of Fort Lauderdale Partners Gabriel Imperato and Anne Novick Branan, who previously authored several sections in Chapter 5 addressing Key Laws in Healthcare Compliance.
