Mark is the managing partner of Nelson Mullins' Denver office. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including litigation representing distributors and franchisors. He also handles aviation, product liability, toxic tort, employment, malpractice defense, and general tort cases. Mark's clients include nationally recognized automotive and heavy truck manufacturers, airlines, shipping providers, and professional service firms.

Why did you select your practice area?

It was a way for me to combine my background in finance and my interest in advocacy. Plus, it permits me to work with global companies which are on the forefront of product development.

Intelligence, work ethic and compassion

At this point in your career, what would you say has been your biggest accomplishment?

Besides having an amazing son and daughter, the opening and management of the Denver office.

Who is your biggest inspiration?

My father, who worked tirelessly, yet gave completely of himself to his family.

Remember that it is the client's case, and they must be involved in the development of the strategy at every step.
