Alongside her co-panelists, Sheana Chen with Diodes Incorporated, Jennifer Lee with ContourGlobal, and Samantha Johnson with HP, Chadwick will present, “Micro-Bias, Macro Impact: Rewriting the Culture of Leadership.” The conversation will discuss how even in organizations committed to equality, subtle biases still shape who earns credibility, visibility, and advancement. The group will explore how these hidden leadership dynamics impact culture, trust, and client outcomes, and highlights practical, system-level strategies to embed accountability, equity, and lasting structural change.
