Nelson Mullins partner and chair of the FinTech and Regulation Practice Richard Levin will be speaking in a webinar hosted by The Financial Times.
The webinar, "Will Regulation Kill the Crypto Hype?" will discuss regulation, priorities, and risks that cryptocurrency poses in a global, technology, and cloud-hosted market. Levin will be joining The Financial Times currencies correspondent Eva Szalay, CryptoUK executive director Ian Taylor, and Coinbase managing director Marcus Hughes.
The four will focus on whether regulation will make or break private cryptocurrencies, if national regulators will collaborate on a global crypto framework, risks that crypto markets pose, and more.
Levin is one of the first lawyers to focus on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets. He is considered a thought leader in the FinTech space.
