White Collar Crime: Emerging Trends and Developments

Partner Bart Daniel will join a panel of speakers for a live webcast sponsored by The Knowledge Group on Nov. 21 beginning at 3 p.m. to discuss the basics and beyond of white collar crime investigations and prosecutions and analyze the emerging trends and legal developments in white collar crime.
Daniel co-heads the White Collar Defense and Government Investigations team. He practices both civil and criminal litigation. Nominated by President George H.W. Bush, he was confirmed and served as U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina from 1989 to 1992.
