Nelson Mullins partner Bart Daniel joined Wyche, P.A. member Jim May for a webinar, which provided continuing legal education (CLE) for attorneys, "What to Do When the Feds Come Knocking." These two former federal prosecutors now help white collar clients and their presentation focused on what corporations should do when facing federal investigations.

Daniel co-chairs the firm’s white collar crime defense and government investigations team and is a first–chair veteran trial lawyer and is past president for the National Association of Former United States Attorneys. He has prosecuted and defended at trial, complex civil and criminal cases involving securities fraud, antitrust violations, U.S. Customs fraud, and healthcare fraud, as well as cases involving bank fraud, government contracting fraud, and tax crimes.

May practices complex civil litigation, governmental investigations, and white collar defense. He has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina and was named Senior Litigation Counsel in 2018.
