What’s Around the Corner: Innovating the Innovations

Nelson Mullins FinTech and Regulation Practice Chair Richard Levin will participate in a panel discussion at the American Bar Association Banking Law Committee Meeting 2023 in Washington, D.C. The meeting will provide key insights on the latest developments in banking law from regulators and leading industry professionals. Levin’s panel is entitled, "What’s Around the Corner: Innovating the Innovations."

Other panelists along with Levin are Matthew Bisanz, Partner, Mayer Brown LLP – Washington, D.C.; Colleen Baker, Professor, University of Oklahoma; Crystal Kaldjob, Partner, Morrison and Foerster LLP; and Lauren-Kelly Greenbacker, Associate, Paul Hastings LLP. The panel will explore current regulatory concerns with FinTech offerings and how the industry may respond in the future.

Levin is one of the first lawyers to focus on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets. He advises clients on corporate, FinTech, securities, and regulatory issues and is based in Denver.
