Dallas partner Sean McKenna will be speaking at the 2024 Healthcare Delivery and Innovation Conference in Chicago on September 26 on his panel, “What Every Healthcare Provider Needs to Know about Whistleblowers and Mitigating Recovery Liability.”
The panel will examine previous notable healthcare cases involving whistleblowers, best practices when handling matters with whistleblowers and law enforcement agencies, conducting both internal audits and investigations and responding to those that are external, and much more.
McKenna is a former federal prosecutor with more than 25 years practicing law in his cache. He focuses his practice on healthcare-related legal matters and has represented companies, clinicians, and executives in white collar criminal, civil False Claims Act and qui tam cases and investigations.
