Court Watch: The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals
Nelson Mullins Partner Marc Williams is speaking at the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce Business Summit Annual Meeting at the Greenbrier Resort on Wednesday, August 29. Williams, along with Tom Hurney of Jackson Kelly and Anna Dailey of Dinsmore & Shohl, will present “Court Watch: The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals." They will discuss recent decisions of note by the Supreme Court of Appeals, the crisis in the Court caused by the impeachment proceedings against three sitting justices, and the resignation of two other justices. This is the fifth year that Williams and Hurney have been asked to report to the Business Summit on the status of decisions from the Supreme Court of Appeals.
