Voir Dire Strategies and Considerations

West Virginia partner Marc Williams will be presenting at the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas. He will be speaking on "Voir Dire Strategies and Considerations" by providing tips on how to approach jury selection in venues that allow lawyers to participate in the voir dire process.
Williams is the managing partner of the West Virginia office and is a team leader. He handles complex cases nationally in an array of litigation areas and has tried more than 100 jury trials and appeals in state and federal courts throughout his career.
