Atlanta of counsel John Willis and chair of the firm’s financial services regulatory practice, Brad Rustin, spoke at this year's Secura Rick Management Fall Forum. Their presentation, "Understanding Your Terms and Conditions Agreement: Closing, Freezing, Restricting, and Offsetting Accounts,"  discussed the provisions of deposit account terms and conditions, agreements, and common pitfalls for financial institutions. Willis and Rustin focused on the specifics of overdraft provisions and the importance of other terms in the event of account disputes.
