Understanding the Securities Laws 2026

Join Nelson Mullins partners Gary M. Brown, co-chair, and Mike Bradshaw, for their presentations at PLI's “Understanding the Securities Laws 2026” to be held in New York City on June 2-3, 2026. This is a focused two-day program which introduces the essential principles of U.S. securities laws and offers practical guidance for public and private markets. Led by expert faculty, the sessions cover the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exploring regulatory foundations, real-world best practices, SEC reporting, regulatory changes, rule proposals, and the application of securities laws to corporate transactions.
