Boca Raton partner Michelle Tanzer will offer insights into these questions during the National Club Association webinar “Truly Private Club Status & Tax-Exempt Status.” Tanzer is co-author of a publication by the same name.
Tanzer has built and managed an interesting global law practice in predominately male-dominated industries over the course of her three decades practicing in hospitality and real estate law. She joined Nelson Mullins in September 2019 and was named chair of the firm’s new Global Club and Branded Residences group, a fast-growing segment in the hospitality industry worldwide.
