Washington partner Andy Tucker will be speaking at the virtual SPACs Dealmaking 2021 hosted by M&A Advisor. Tucker will be speaking on the panel "The SPAC Regulatory Landscape" with Alex Vogel, CEO of The Vogel Group, a bipartisan lobbying and advisory firm in Washington, D.C.

Tucker and Vogel will share perspectives and insights as to what to expect from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulatory bodies with respect to the SPAC market. They will discuss the growing concerns that Congress and the SEC will provide greater scrutiny into the SPAC market, issues under scrutiny, barriers the SEC may create for SPACs, and more.
