Doug Starcher, Orlando Office Managing Partner, will speak at the CEO Forum of Central Florida on the "Anatomy of an M&A Deal." The CEO Forum series brings together leaders of established growth-stage businesses to meet and learn from C-suite peers who have grown their companies into more advanced stages of business development. Richard Sweat, sole investor and co-founder of ProKnow, will also present.

Starcher is team leader for the firm's Florida Corporate and M&A practice. He has practiced corporate law in Orlando for over 30 years, primarily walking entrepreneurial clients through formation, capitalization, growth, and exit. Starcher views his role of M&A counsel as being an educator, protector, and facilitator for clients who are about to enter the unknown for perhaps the most important transaction of their business lives.
