On Jan. 12 at the Technology, Innovation, and Law Collaborative Symposium inside the University of South Carolina's Joseph F. Rice Schol of Law, Nelson Mullins associate Marianna McDevitt will serve as a moderator for the panel entitled "How New Technologies from Electrification to Automation Are Changing Motor Vehicle Law." The panel will focus on the intersection of technology, electric vehicles, and motor vehicle law that could be changing as electric vehicles and automation becomes more prevalent in our society.
