Strategic Considerations Regarding CPSC Reporting Requirements – The View from the Regulated Side
Columbia partner John Kuppens will be a panelist at The International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization’s Gateway to Product Safety 2019 Midwest Regional Training Workshop July 11 in St. Louis. Kuppens will discuss Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) reporting decisions from the outside (non-CPSC) viewpoint, including critical perspectives of regulated companies and non-governmental attorneys. The discussion will include critical issues a company must be aware of and consider when attempting to determine if a matter should be reported, and if not, what steps to take to be able to defend the determination.
