Partner John Martin moderated a panel at the annual Government Investigations and Civil Litigation Institute (GICLI) in Lake Tahoe, Nev. on Oct. 15. The panel included representatives from Florida, Arizona, Texas, and California state attorney general offices. The topic of discussion was “State Attorney General Forum: What you need to know.” 

The Government Investigations & Civil Litigation Institute (GICLI) aims to bring together the nation's foremost corporate and government practitioners, leading members of the judiciary, experts from the consulting space and authorities from the world's largest law, consulting, and accounting firms. It was founded in response to the need for in-depth education regarding the dramatic surge in regulatory enforcement activities and related civil litigations that burden the corporate legal department.
