Partner Jon Talcott will be speaking on a one-hour briefing webinar, hosted by the Practising Law Institute. The webinar "SPACs in the SEC Spotlight – Guidance, Comments, and Enforcement," will discuss the explosion of special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) transactions and how it has drawn significant scrutiny from the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
Talcott currently chairs the securities practice. He has previously chaired the corporate and transactional group and served as managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office.
