"Retail: Rehab or Sale," 11th Annual Restructuring and Distressed Investing Gathering
Nashville partner Shane Ramsey will speak at the 11th Annual Restructuring and Distressed Investing gathering on May 20 at the Metropolitan Club in New York. The event is hosted by the Turnaround Atlas Awards, which will be celebrated later that evening.
Ramsey, who is Vice Chair of the Firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group, will speak on the "Retail: Rehab or Sale" panel. Ramsey is certified by the American Board of Certification as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist, regularly representing clients during bankruptcy reorganizations, liquidation proceedings, and bankruptcy related litigation.
