Atlanta associate Jake Carroll will moderate a virtual panel discussion on “Representing The Energy Sector in the 21st Century,” hosted by the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Section. The discussion will focus on updates, challenges, and emerging trends facing the legal profession in representing the energy sector in both transactional matters and legal disputes. The discussion will be held on April 28, 2021 from 8-9 a.m. EDT via Zoom.
Carroll focuses his practice in the construction, manufacturing, real estate, and distribution industries, representing clients in business disputes and related corporate matters.
The Construction Section of the Atlanta Bar Association consists of nearly 200 legal professionals involved in the practice of construction law. The Section provides monthly breakfast meetings covering a variety of current Construction Law topics, community service events, and networking social events throughout the year. In addition to monthly events, the Section distributes quarterly newsletters to its membership which includes the most recent case law updates in Construction Law.
