Continuing the FinTech University series, join Nelson Mullins attorneys Richard Levin and Jackson Hwu for this one-hour session, "Private Offerings of Securities in a FinTech World." Hwu will be presenting on how to conduct a registered offering of digital asset security (blockchain based security) or an unregistered offering using Reg A, D, and S. Levin will moderate the discussion. Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be sought for all attorneys who request such and certificates of attendance are available for CPE purposes. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
Levin chairs the firm's FinTech and Regulation Practice. He is one of the first lawyers to focus on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets. He advises clients on corporate, FinTech, securities, and regulatory issues and is based in Denver.

He advises high potential start-up and emerging growth companies primarily from Brazil, Latin America, and Florida in corporate structuring, venture capital financing rounds, acquisitions, board matters, and exits.
