Greenville partner Neil Jones will give the first presentation at the Practising Law Institute's (PLI) Patent Litigation 2019 program on Oct. 15 in Chicago. Jones practices in the Firm's Intellectual Property Law and Litigation group.
Jones will cover significant decisions, including those of appellate and district courts, in recent patent cases and how they affect patent jurisprudence and litigation. Significant pending or proposed legislative changes to the Patent Laws will also be discussed.
This two-day program will go over the current state of the law and how those can be adapted for quick litigation strategies.
