Partner Kelly Whitehart to Address Social Media Trends, IP Protection at 30th Annual North American Law Summit
Atlanta partner Kelly Whitehart will speak at the 30th Annual North American Law Summit in Westin Grand Cayman on Nov. 9.
Whitehart is a member of the Social Media Trends and IP Protection panel, moderated by Marguerite "Becky" Patrick. Patrick is General Counsel for Infinite Energy in Atlanta.
Focusing her practice on litigation, specifically in the areas of technology, intellectual property, and entertainment, Whitehart represents clients across a wide range of industries. Her experience includes patent, trademark, false advertising, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition disputes. In addition, she advises on social media policies and compliance, software licensing, false advertising, comparative advertising, and FTC regulations and compliance for marketing and advertising.
