Atlanta partner Erika Birg will speak at the Atlanta Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Section Lunch Webinar Series, "The Great Resignation" on April 28, 2022. Birg will join Dan Hart of Seyfarth Shaw, Ben Fink of Berman Fink Van Horn, and Ashley Kelly of Arnall Golden Gregory to discuss "Non-compete Agreements: Advising Employers and Departing Employees." Neal Weinrich of Berman Fink Van Horn will moderate the panel discussion.
Birg focuses on helping companies protect their businesses before, during, and after litigation, with experience in resolving business–to–business disputes through litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and state and federal appeals involving business torts, contract disputes, trade secret misappropriation, computer fraud, and non–compete matters.
