Nelson Mullins will host a reception and silent auction for Tintilou Needs You at its D.C. office on Oct. 3. Tintilou Needs You is a nonprofit founded by Jean Kabre, concierge at 101 Constitution, the building that Nelson Mullins works from in D.C.
Kabre founded Tintilou Needs You to help support his home village of Tintilou, located in Burkina Faso, West Africa. The funds raised at this event and others go to advancing economic opportunity in Tintilou through infrastructure, medical treatments, housing construction, agriculture, and food supply, according to the nonprofit’s website.
The reception and silent auction will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 101 Constitution Avenue on Oct. 3.
