Allegations of sexual misconduct against film producer Harvey Weinstein have prompted a renewed need for companies to plan for workplace incidents and prepare to respond appropriately. Nelson Mullins partner Melissa Foster Bird will address “The Weinstein Effect: The Changing Landscape of Sexual Harassment Claims and Exposures” during Marsh, Mercer, and Marsh & McLennan Agency’s Education and Networking Series at the Marsh and Mercer offices in Atlanta March 22 beginning at 8 a.m.
Foster Bird is a litigator who counsels clients in employment and labor matters. She has defended allegation of sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge, emotional distress, libel, slander, and defamation.
