Nelson Mullins partner Sean McKenna is scheduled to speak at The National Managed Care Institute hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA) on Nov. 7 - 8. Sean will participate in the panel, “Managing Managed Care Enforcement Managing Managed Care Enforcement.” This presentation will provide an overview of commercial and government managed care plans as well as fraud and abuse regulatory requirements. The panel will examine how managed care plans use data to detect fraud, conduct strategic audits, enforce regulations, resolve disputes, and navigate investigatory resolutions.
