As the digital world continues to expand, it's more important than ever to know the details related to using digital evidence before a court. Charlotte partner Ben Chesson will speak at the Mecklenburg County Bar's 7th Annual North Carolina Business Court CLE on "The Developing Use of Forensic Examinations of Digital Devices in Business Litigation." He will present on Oct. 25 in Charlotte.
Chesson was elected to Nelson Mullins’ partnership in 2018, less than two years after joining the firm as an associate. Focusing his practice on product liability and business litigation, Chesson has twice been recognized on Business North Carolina's Legal Elite Young Gun list. The Mecklenburg County Bar, founded more than a century ago, serves as the voice of the greater Charlotte metropolitan legal community.
