Miami partner Matt Schroll will be speaking at the National Asbestos Litigation Conference on Sept. 14-15 at the Charleston Place Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina. The two-day conference will dissect current law and litigation matters, but will also include networking events and an optional golf outing. 

Schroll will be speaking in the “The Future of Talc Litigation” segment of the conference where panelists will discuss techniques for testing and causation and major appellate rulings in 2022 and the impact going forward. 

In addition to serving as national coordinating counsel to a consumer products company for talc-related litigation, Schroll focuses his practice on products liability litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.
