Lawyers for Civil Justice Membership Meeting
Columbia partner John Kuppens will serve as program chair and will moderate “The Perfect Storm: Mass Tort Litigation” panel, and partner William Hubbard will present "Is Democracy Supporting the Rule of Law?" at the Lawyers for Civil Justice Membership Meeting on Dec. 5.
Kuppens will moderate "The Perfect Storm: Mass Tort Litigation," at 2 p.m.–3:15 p.m. The panel is designed to describe how a perfect storm of ingredients, including TPLF, lead generation firms, and attorney advertising, are fueling the growth of modern mass tort civil litigation. Hubbard will present on "Is Democracy Supporting the Rule of Law?" at 8:45 a.m.–9:30 a.m.
