Partners Neil Grayson, Brad Rustin, and Randy Saunders will present “Landmines: The Most Important, Least Understood & Never Discussed Issues that Blow Up Mergers” during the 2018 Midwest Strategic Options Conference Sept. 6 in Columbus, Ohio. The conference draws bankers from across the Midwest, including executive management team members, directors of mutual and stock organizations.
Grayson leads the Financial Institutions Practice Group. His corporate and regulatory practice focuses primarily on financial institutions and other financial services companies. Grayson advises clients on matters related to corporate governance, regulatory matters, recapitalizations, private equity, securities offerings and reporting requirements, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, and related corporate and regulatory matters.
Rustin works with a number of industry organizations focusing on financial institutions and regularly speaks on topics involving regulatory compliance for chartered and non-chartered financial institutions. His speaking engagements have, in particular, focused on changing federal regulation of the money transmission and lending space in the post-Dodd Frank environment.
Saunders chairs Nelson Mullins’ Tax Lien Resolution & Litigation group and focuses his practice on banking and financial services litigation, class actions, regulatory compliance, real and personal property tax appeals, and real estate.
